Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee work performance at the office of the Class I airport management unit in Kalimarau. the research data was sourced from distributing questionnaires distributed to 44 Civil Servants (PNS) at the Office of the Class I Airport Management Unit in Kalimarau Berau, using the census method. The analytical tool used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression equation, the coefficient of determination,the test, and the F test. this study concludes that accepting the hypothesis that work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the work performance of employees at the Office of the Class I Airport Management Unit in Kalimarau Berau, as evidenced by the F-count value which is greater than the F-table value (7,648> 3, 23) and the Sig. (0.002) <0.05. the result of the coefficient of determination test has a significant influence given the motivation and job satisfaction, it is only able to have an influence on the work performance of employees at the Office of the Class I Airport Management Unit of Kalimarau Berau by 27.2%, while the remaining 72.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
